Tender Notice

Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Casting and Metalworking Division has launched a bidding for a new CNC engraving and milling machine project. Bidders who meet the relevant conditions are now welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: New CNC Carving and Milling Machine Project for Casting Metalworking Division;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0527-01;
3. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.
4. The bidding unit must strictly quote according to its own production and design capabilities. (See technical requirements for details)

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding unit is an equipment manufacturer with independent design and manufacturing capabilities, or an authorized equipment agent in Jiangsu Province or a first level equipment agent in Changzhou City.
2. This project does not accept joint bidding, subcontracting, or affiliation.
3. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, proof of social security from the authorized representative, a copy of the business license, a copy of the qualification certificate, a balance sheet of assets and liabilities for the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal), relevant performance explanations, cooperation contracts and explanations for the past two years, and other evidence that can prove the company’s past performance. The above documents must be stamped with the official seal.
4. The registered capital must be paid in at least 1 million yuan, the number of insured persons in the enterprise must be at least 5, and there must be no less than 5 successful cases of similar products within 2 years. Must have authorized agency qualifications from the bidding proposal manufacturer.
5. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
