Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the new 10KV high-voltage cabinet project at the 110KV substation.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: New 10KV High Voltage Cabinet Project for 110KV Substation of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0513-01;
3. Construction site: within the factory area of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (No. 328 Xinye Road, Changzhou City);
4. Workshop area: 10KV switch room and central control room of 110KV substation;
5. Workshop structure: concrete frame structure;
6. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards;
7. The bidding unit must strictly calculate the project according to its own construction capacity. (See Appendix 1 and design drawings for details)

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding unit must have independent design and manufacturing capabilities.
2. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, social security certificate from the authorized representative, copy of the business license, copy of the enterprise qualification certificate, product type test report, safety production license, quality system certification certificate, balance sheet of assets and liabilities of the enterprise for the past three years (stamped with official seal and audit institution seal), relevant performance statement of the enterprise, cooperation contract and explanation for the past two years, and other evidence that can prove the company’s past performance. The above documents must be stamped with official seal.
3. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+design and manufacturing capability evaluation after pre winning the bid, and on-site investigation of user cases” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units.
4. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.

2. According to the system requirements, download the bidding documents after registration (registration requires providing relevant documents such as the company’s business license and account opening certificate).
