Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bids for the centralized liquid supply project of the Heavy Hauling Division. Bidders who meet the relevant conditions are now welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: Centralized Oil Supply System and Filling Equipment, One Set;
2. Construction site: Assembly workshop of Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Heavy Hauling Division;
3. Purpose: This equipment is used for online refueling of 200-340 horsepower tractor assembly lines in heavy-duty assembly workshops.
4. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards;
5. The bidding unit must calculate and quote based on the bidding party’s production capacity and technical requirements.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding unit must have the ability to plan, design, and manufacture centralized liquid supply.
2. This project does not accept joint bidding, subcontracting, or affiliation.
3. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, proof of social security from the authorized representative, a copy of the business license, a copy of the qualification certificate, a balance sheet of assets and liabilities for the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal), relevant performance explanations, cooperation contracts and explanations for the past two years, and other evidence that can prove the company’s past performance. The above documents must be stamped with the official seal. If the units participating in the application for the centralized liquid supply project in December 2023 have already submitted qualification documents, they do not need to provide them again. We do not accept bidding units with a history of poor cooperation to participate in the bidding process.
4. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
