Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the maintenance project of the air compression system in the factory area.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: Outsourced Maintenance, Overhaul, and Inspection Project for Factory Air Compression System;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0412-01;
3. Model and quantity: Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Factory and Foundry have a total of 13 air compressors in the air compressor room (see maintenance requirements for equipment list);
4. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidder must have the corresponding qualification to undertake the project, have professional maintenance ability, have the after-sales service certificate officially authorized by the brand or service performance of Atlas air compressor maintenance of large enterprises (provide a copy of the contract), and issue the social insurance or casualty insurance records of the maintenance personnel for more than half a year.
2. This project does not accept joint bidding, subcontracting, or affiliation.
3. The information provided by the bidding unit: The bidding must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, a copy of the enterprise business license, a copy of the enterprise qualification certificate, the balance sheet of assets and liabilities of the enterprise in the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal), the safety production license, and the main performance of the company in Jiangsu Province in the past two years. The above documents must be stamped with the official seal.
4. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+ability evaluation after pre winning the bid” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units.
5. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
