Sourcing Announcement (Cable Procurement)

Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Heavy Hauling Division Chassis Coating Line Project Cable Procurement. We now welcome suppliers with production and manufacturing capabilities to come and communicate with us. Based on the results of this sourcing docking, we will determine the subsequent bidding matters.

1、 Project Overview:

1. Project Name: Cable Procurement for Chassis Coating Line Project of Heavy Hauling Division.
2. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.
3. The bidding unit must strictly calculate according to the cable procurement project list, and the specific delivery date will depend on the on-site progress.

● Target models: single core copper core cable, five core copper core cable (specific specifications and quantities can be found in the subsequent bidding documents)

3、 Requirements for sourcing docking units:

1. We welcome units with production and manufacturing capabilities to participate in this sourcing process.
2. This project does not accept consortium bidding, subcontracting, or affiliation.
3. Units participating in the sourcing docking process are required to provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, proof of social security from the authorized representative, a copy of the business license, copies of relevant qualification certificates, and a balance sheet of assets, liabilities, and equity for the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal). The above documents must be stamped with the official seal.
4. For units with similar performance, a copy of the cooperation contract is required, and on-site research may be necessary. Units with advantages will be given priority consideration for pre winning bids in the subsequent bidding process.
5. At the same time, this sourcing and docking work is a part of the subsequent bidding “qualification pre-approval” process.

4、 Accept appointment time and process

Registration by appointment will be accepted from September 3, 2024 to September 10, 2024.
The booking unit needs to mail (or directly deliver) the qualification documents to the Strategic Procurement Department of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd., No. 328 Xinye Road, Xinzha Town, Zhonglou District, Changzhou City in advance. Recipient: Niu Wenting 15261197035.
Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery, based on the appointment registration time and submitted qualification documents, conducts a preliminary review and organizes relevant personnel to notify the appointment unit to participate in the later quotation.
