Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the online monitoring and operation project of wastewater and exhaust gas.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: Online Monitoring and Maintenance Project for Wastewater and Waste Gas
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0716-03
3. Brief description: There are 2 sets of online monitoring in total; An online monitoring room with COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus detectors, samplers, flow meters, pH meters, data acquisition instruments, etc. (See bidding documents for details)
4. Scope of bidding: All projects included in the technical documents, including installation and construction.
5. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding unit shall have the qualification for operation, maintenance and upkeep of environmental protection online detection equipment.
2. The bidding unit must be equipped with sufficient professional technical personnel and vehicles, and meet the basic requirements for normal maintenance work.
3. Operation and maintenance personnel must be proficient in the basic principles and operation maintenance techniques of automatic monitoring equipment in accordance with relevant national regulations, pass training and assessment, and hold certificates before taking up their posts.
4. The bidding unit needs to have at least 10 actual maintenance cases locally in Changzhou.
5. Priority should be given to providing an online monitoring data self-monitoring platform.
6. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+ability evaluation after pre winning the bid” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
