Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Environmental Protection Equipment Online Monitoring and Acceptance Project welcomes bidders who meet relevant conditions to participate in the bidding.
1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:
1. Project Name: Online Monitoring and Acceptance Project for Environmental Protection Equipment;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0716-01
3. Brief description: 1 set of online monitoring for VOCs in exhaust gas, 1 set of online monitoring for wastewater, and 1 set of online monitoring equipment for VOCs in exhaust gas. Acceptance of the above 3 sets of environmental protection online monitoring equipment.
4. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards;
2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:
1. The bidding unit is limited to local enterprises in Changzhou;
2. Bidders are required to provide proof of their social security relationship for the past six months of their bidding unit;
3. The bidding unit shall provide 10 cases of simultaneous project acceptance or online monitoring acceptance of wastewater and exhaust gas in the past three years.
4. The acceptance shall include: 168 hour operation report, 72 hour commissioning report (including high, medium, and low standard gases), performance comparison report, third-party comparison report for three consecutive days, networking report, expert fees, etc.
5. The acceptance of exhaust gas online monitoring equipment shall meet the technical requirements in HJ 1286-2023; The acceptance of online monitoring equipment for wastewater must meet the technical requirements of HJ 354-2019 for the acceptance of online monitoring systems for water pollution sources (COD, NH3-N, TP, etc.).
6. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+ability evaluation after pre winning the bid” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
