Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Workshop Second Freight Elevator Procurement Project Bidding, now welcomes bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: Procurement of 4 Workshop 2 Freight Elevators Project;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0712-01;
3. Construction site: designated location within the factory area of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd;
4. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. Having an independent legal entity, a good business reputation, and a sound financial accounting system; The asset operation is good, and there is no situation that may affect the bidder’s performance of this bidding project due to loans, guarantees, etc. It has good business performance and the ability to provide high-quality services.
2. If the bidder is an elevator manufacturer, they must possess a special equipment production license approved and issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation (license project: elevator manufacturing, including the products being tendered) and a B-level or higher license for the installation, renovation, and maintenance of special equipment (equipment type: elevator) (equipment type: freight elevator). If the bidder is an elevator installation, renovation, and maintenance unit, they must have an authorization certificate from the brand elevator manufacturer.
3. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, social security certificate from the authorized representative, copy of the business license, copy of the qualification certificate, balance sheet of assets and liabilities for the past three years (stamped with official seal and audit institution seal), and copies of the sales contract and installation acceptance report for the same model of elevator in Changzhou area for the past three years. The above documents must be stamped with official seal.
4. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+ability evaluation after pre winning bid and on-site investigation of user cases” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
