Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the installation project of the new high-voltage cabinet in the 110KV substation.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: Installation of New High Voltage Cabinet for 110KV Substation;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0703-01;
3. Construction site: 10KV switchgear room of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group 110KV substation;
4. Installation content: Unloading, transportation and installation of 10KV high-voltage cabinet; Installation of high-voltage copper bars and control busbars; All installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage switchgear and its ancillary equipment; Installation and laying of grounding wire; Handover test and power on commissioning of high-voltage switchgear (including segmented busbars).
5. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards;

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding unit must have a license to install (repair, test) electrical facilities.
2. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, proof of social security from the authorized representative, a copy of the business license, a copy of the qualification certificate, a balance sheet of assets and liabilities for the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal), relevant performance explanations, cooperation contracts and explanations for the past two years, and other evidence that can prove the company’s past performance. The above documents must be stamped with the official seal.
3. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+ability evaluation after pre winning bid and on-site investigation of user cases” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units.
4. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
