Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Structural Parts Division invites bids for the outsourcing welding fixtures and gauges project for the 2104C model cab frame. Bidders who meet the relevant conditions are now welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project name: Design and production of outsourced welding fixtures and gauges for the driver’s cab frame of 2104C model;
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0628-01;
3. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The bidding company must have design and manufacturing capabilities, be an independent legal entity, and shall not be affiliated with other units.
2. Bidders must provide the original power of attorney from the legal representative, proof of social security from the authorized representative, a copy of the business license, a copy of the qualification certificate, a balance sheet of assets and liabilities for the past three years (stamped with the official seal and audit institution seal), relevant performance explanations, cooperation contracts and explanations for the past two years, and other evidence that can prove the company’s past performance. The above documents must be stamped with the official seal. Suppliers within the Dongfeng system do not need to submit qualification documents to participate.
3. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
