Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. invites bidders who meet the relevant conditions to participate in the bidding for the maintenance project of fire alarm facilities.

1、 The overview of this bidding project is as follows:

1. Project Name: Fire Alarm Facility Maintenance Project of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (including its subsidiary Dongmao Casting);
2. Tender number: DF/ZLCGB-2024-0625-01;
3. Project brief description: Outsourced maintenance, repair, monthly inspection, and annual inspection of fire alarm facilities in the factory (see attachment for details).
4. Quality standards: Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding documents specified by Party A and relevant national standards.

2、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. This project does not accept bidding units with a history of poor cooperation to participate in bidding.
2. The second party must be an independent legal entity and shall not be affiliated with other units. They must have professional maintenance capabilities, have performance in maintaining fire alarm facilities for large enterprises (provide a copy of the contract), and provide social security or accidental injury insurance records for maintenance personnel for more than six months.
3. The second party is a construction unit with the corresponding qualifications to undertake this project. When bidding, the second party shall provide qualification certificates (valid after annual inspection and stamp), enterprise business license (valid after annual inspection and stamp), safety production license, and the company’s main performance in Jiangsu in the past two years.
4. This bidding adopts the method of “pre qualification review before bidding+ability evaluation after pre winning the bid” to conduct qualification evaluation on bidding units. The bidding unit must acknowledge and fulfill all the provisions in the bidding documents.
